Ann Boyd's AKC Purebred "Hand-Raised" Golden Retrievers are loved from the moment they are born and given the best care available through tthe first eight weeks of their lives. Both Dame "Fancy" and Sire "Jack" live here on our three-acre estate in Fort Worth, Texas and your future pup is being given the very best upbringing that focuses on personality and well being before joining your family! We are proud to say that we are NOT professional breeders! However, we are experienced breeders having had Goldens for over 35 years. It is very rare that we decide to have a litter these days and our special pups are not often available. However, here's your chance. If you have an "Ann Boyd 'Hand Raised' Golden Retriever", you're lucky. Because there simply aren't very many of them. This may very well be our last litter for some time, and we have three females remaining! These pups will be ready for their new homes on March 22nd, 2024.

There's a reason why our puppies are so friendly and affiable... We take the first eight weeks of these magnificent dog's lives very seriously. We don't send them to their new homes until a full eight weeks has gone by since whelping, as the last week of imprinting by thier parents is crucial! Our dogs are fed "people food" including a daily serving of Farmer's Dog and another of our own that we make fresh here at the house. We NEVER serve our adult dogs processed "dog food" and this makes a huge difference in their overall health, personalities, energy, coats and longevity. Once weaned, our pups are fed a "gruel" of Science Diet "Large Breed" Puppy kibbles, mixed with proper formula. Many litters do not have both parents on site. Having their father here for their first eight weeks is a tremendous advantage and makes a difference in their development. "Jack" loves his pups and gently plays with them, teaching them courtesy, manners and "play fighting", all of which make a significant and positive impact on your new puppy's personality.
